The progress of nations is due to the administration in them. The administration is responsible for the success of organizations and achieving progress in all areas and is able to exploit resources with high efficiency, and despite the administrative changes that occur today in organizations, it seeks continuous change and development. Thus, the process of change and development in working methods stems from the need and desire of organizations and institutions to get rid of the old traditional administrative methods. As for the research sample, which numbered (70) members of the student activities department at the University of Baghdad, the questionnaire was applied in its final form, annex (1), by personally delivering it by the researchers to all members of the research sample in the period from 20/3/2022 to 28/3/2022. One of the most important conclusions of the research is that there is a clear vision for the employees of the student activities department at the University of Baghdad that enables them to develop and improve performance to achieve the required goals. The leadership facilitates communication between all employees of the Student Activities Department at the University of Baghdad in an organized manner. Leadership encourages the transition to continuous collaborative teamwork. Promotions are linked. Skillfully improve the quality of performance to some extent. (Published abstract)
