The objective of the study is to identify the effectiveness of a training programmer based on the Collaborative Learning Strategy (Learning Together) in developing the skills of teachers at the primary school level in Ouargla Algeria . In order to achieve the objective of the study, the pilot curriculum was adopted with a real pilot design, the pilot group, which was designed with two tests, both before and after. An experimental group and an equally controlled group by random selection. Collect data, study tools were developed, consisting of a built-in observation network. (40) Three-dimensional items, with adequate planning items (12) items, sufficient execution of lesson (23) items, after sufficient calendar (5) items, against which the training programmer based on the collaborative learning strategy was built. (Learning together), there were 14 training sessions centered on the collaborative learning strategy, core and sub-learning environments. The data were processed using the Social Science Statistical Package Program (spss) (release 23) using the accompanying analysis test (ANCOVA), the binary contrast analysis and test for two associated samples, the program effectiveness measurement. The Haredi gain equation was calculated and the impact volume was calculated by applying the ETA square equation, and the difference between dimensional and sequential measurement was calculated. The results of the study showed that there was an impact of the training programme on teaching skills (macro degree) and the adequacy of planning and implementation of the course. The results also indicated that there was no impact of the training programme on the adequacy of the evaluation, and that there was no relationship between the teaching skills (macro degree and dimensions) and the seniority and scientific qualification of the pilot group. Based on the findings, a series of proposals has been presented, centred on the development and development of the adequacy of the calendar, the use of the collaborative learning strategy in in-service training, and new perspectives for research, including the study on different samples.
