This study aimed to reveal the relationship between organizational identity and functional performance of the University of Boueira professors. For this purpose, the student drew on the analytical descriptive curriculum. In order to collect the study's data, we built tools for exploratory working analysis to extract underlying factors using the basic axis method. (Principle axis factoring) and interferometer (Varimax) because it resulted in the best simple evidence of the scale in which variables with cross saturation do not exist (Cross loading), let's get a one-dimensional organizational identity questionnaire. (13 paragraphs) and a three-dimensional job performance questionnaire (16 paragraphs). For the sample study, it consisted of 233 university professors selected in a random manner from the faculties and institutes of the University of Bouira, After collecting sample data, we began answering research questions and testing hypotheses by processing the data according to appropriate statistical methods that helped to transform it from raw data into readable data, using the SPSS Social Science Statistical Package program. The results indicated that the degree of organizational identity of university education professors is high, and the average performance level of the study sample, and also demonstrated a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational identity and functional performance in its three dimensions. (Job performance, citizenship behavior, deviant work behavior), differences in the level of functioning attributable to the job title, and no differences in performance attributable to pay and composition. The results of the study were explained and discussed in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies, and based on the findings the student made recommendations for the study.
