فاعلية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي في خفض الضغوط المهنية لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة : دراسة تجريبية بمدينة ورقلة

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program in reducing professional stress among secondary school teachers in Ouargla city. To achieve the study objectives, two data-collection tools were used, the first one was Teachers’ Professional Stress Scale (STJSS) (2019), after its Arabization. And the second one was A counseling program based on the Cognitive Appreciation Model of the Lazarus to reduce professional stress, prepared by the researcher. Relying on quasi-experimental method, the researcher applied her study to a sample of (30) secondary school teachers, who were divided into; an experimental group and a control group, based on the nonrandomized control group, pre-and post-test design, then take three measurements: a pre-measurement, a post-measurement, a follow up measurement. The researcher processed the obtained data using the appropriate statistical methods: independent samples test, correlated samples t-test. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral counseling program in reducing professional stress among secondary school teachers in Ouargla city. The study concluded by presenting recommendations and proposing prospects for field research on the subject in the future. (Author’s abstract)
