This study aimed to find out the nature of the relationship between the level of discomfort in the sitting posture and the performance of the users of computer. In order to conduct this study, the questionnaire was built by the researcher. This study was applied to a sample of 400, which was selected using complete census from the employees of university Hama Lakhder- El-Oued. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method in the study. After processing, arranging, tabulating and statistically processing the data derived from the field through the Smart Smart Plus program, the following results were reached: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of uncomfortableness in the sitting position and job performance among users of computer. 2) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of discomfort in the neck and job performance among users of computer. 3) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of discomfort in the shoulder area and job performance among computer users. 4) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of discomfort in the upper back and functional performance among users of computer. 5) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of discomfort in the lower back and functional performance among users of computer. 6) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of discomfort in the area of the hands and the functional performance of the users of computer. 7) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of discomfort in the area of the legs and the functional performance of users of computer. 8) There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of discomfort in the waist/seat area and job performance among users of computer.
