The study aimed to identify the philosophy and objectives of the entrepreneurship management approach in university-based centers, monitor the reality of these centers at Arish University, and develop a proposed vision for developing these centers in light of the entrepreneurship management approach. The study used a descriptive approach to monitor, analyze, and interpret the reality of these centers and the business management approach. The researcher also used a questionnaire directed to a sample of (233) faculty members. In light of the study results, the researcher presented a proposed vision for developing these centers at Arish University using the entrepreneurship management approach. Mechanisms for overcoming obstacles are represented in the following: 1) Providing training cadres capable of implementing skill development programs for heads of these centers. 2) Providing a clear media message that clarifies the importance of the role of these centers in enriching university resources and serving the surrounding community. 3) Providing financial incentives linked to the development of the unit's work. 4) Considering the stability of center heads to give them the opportunity to innovate in their positions. 5) Working to utilize modern technologies in the centers to enable them to perform their service-providing tasks. 6) Improving communication between the university’s various centers and special centers in other universities.
