تطوير الأداء الإداري للقيادات التربوية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة شمال سيناء في ضوء أبعاد التحول الرقمي
Educational leaders consider the backbone of the administrative process who are playing a pivotal role through various administrative functions to achieve the goals of the educational institution. The purpose of this research is to is to develop several proposals for enhancing the administrative performance of educational leaders who are working in the General Office of the Directorate of Education in North Sinai Governorate, in the light of the Dimensions of Digital Transformation. The research used descriptive and quantitative content analysis methods. An interview form with open-ended questions was used as a tool to gather information from a purposive, non-random sample of (10) leaders. The research found that: an ambiguity of the concept of digital transformation, a resistance to change among educational leaders, their limited awareness of the latest developments in digital technology, a weakness of the digital infrastructure at the General Directorate, insufficient financial support, an absence of a suitable and well-established technological infrastructure for internet access, and a lack of regular maintenance and updates for devices. The research recommended allocating an independent budget for Digital Transformation which included the following: covering infrastructure, training, and the continuous upgrading of systems and devices.
