In light of the rapidly changing business environment and the pressures associated with global competition, organizations have become increasingly interested in adopting modern management concepts that focus on the human element as the intellectual capital of institutions, surpassing all material elements in importance. The results yielded several important recommendations, the most notable of which include: the need to delegate sufficient authority to school principals according to the systems and regulations of the Ministry of Education, granting excellence awards to principals at the ministry level, ensuring that the powers granted to principals align with the nature of their tasks, offering incentives to principals when their performance is distinguished, and ensuring that training courses provided are in line with actual work needs. Additionally, the study highlighted the importance of providing adequate opportunities for self-development for school principals, empowering them to bring about change and development within schools, and enabling them to make effective educational decisions.
