The study aimed to identify the role of language in new media in developing citizenship values among kindergarten students in Al-Azhar institutes in North Sinai Governorate in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030. To achieve this goal, research tools and materials were prepared, including: A questionnaire. The experiment and program were implemented on a sample of Al-Azhar children in North Sinai Governorate, during the first and second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. According to a specific time plan. The experimental method was adopted with a quasi-experimental design. It resulted in the children’s progress in performance. This supports the idea of the study and confirms the impact of new media. The study was appended with a number of recommendations drawn from the results reached, in addition to some suggestions for other research that could be conducted in the field. The importance of the research is to develop the values of citizenship among kindergarten students in Al-Azhar institutes in North Sinai Governorate in light of the vision of the New Republic - the research sample - and to highlight the importance of new media, and open the way for other research to develop these skills.
