The research aimed to identify the reality of organizational conflict management at Arish University. The research used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The research tools (questionnaire) were applied to a sample of employees at Arish University. The research concluded that stereotypical thinking is adopted by university employees, weak cooperation between leaders and employees, and ignoring creative thinking strategies are among the most important causes of organizational conflict at the university. In addition to the absence of the quality of comprehensive strategic planning that places all efforts aimed at advancing the institution in the future and identifying the opportunities and challenges that the institution may face, and the absence of effective vertical communications between management and university employees. The research reached a set of proposed procedures related to different axes, including those related to delegating authority, communicating and sharing information, applying various trainings, and applying participation in decision-making, in addition to procedures for building various work teams that achieve the benefit of the institution and that benefits society and the entire state. The research recommended the necessity of relying on one of the administrative approaches to manage organizational conflict among employees at Arish University. (Published abstract)
