التفاعل بين نمط تقديم النشاط التدريبي ومصدر الدعم ببيئات التدريب المدمج وأثره في تنمية مهارات استخدام المستحدثات
The aim of the current research is to develop the skills of using technological innovations for in-service teachers, by revealing the effect of the interaction between the style of providing the training activity (distributed style vs. focused style) and the source of support (trainer vs. trainees) in blended training environments. The research sample consisted of (40) teachers in the Bir al-Abd Educational Administration, North Sinai Governorate. Divided into four groups, a training program was conducted through a blended training environment. So, the researcher changed the style of providing the activity for each group and changed the source of support for them according to the two independent variables that are the subject of the research. The treatment tools were: (four blended training environments according to the flipped classroom model as one of the types of blended training). The measurement tools were an objective achievement test, and a note card for skill performance. The results revealed the effectiveness of the distributed activity delivery mode, regardless of the source of support, in cognitive achievement and practical performance, and the effectiveness of the trainees’ source of support, regardless of the activity delivery mode, in cognitive achievement and practical performance, and the existence of an interaction between the activity delivery mode and the support source in cognitive achievement and practical performance. The best treatments were in favor of the third group, which was trained in a manner of providing distributed activity and a source of support to the trainees. (Published abstract)
