The study mainly aimed to identify the requirements of digital transformation in light of Egypt's vision for development for the year 2030, a field study at Arish University. To answer the study question, this study sought a descriptive composition in describing and interpreting the phenomenon of random sample study locations, which numbered 100 individuals from work in Arish. The results of the study indicated that: The study indicated the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the requirements of digital transformation and the dimensions of social development 2030 in Arish. The results proved that there were no statistically significant differences between the Danish demographics in terms of (gender) and the required trends towards digital transformation. It also showed that there were no statistically significant results between demographic diversity in terms of (degree of unemployment) and trends towards learning that requires digital transformation. There must also be statistically significant results between demographic diversity in terms of (educational level) and trends that indicate the need for the study towards digital transformation. The results also require the transformation of the world, as it requires knowledge of universal data in addition to the average digital account of 3.74, followed by the researcher's planning requirement, which is the second With an arithmetic mean of 3.58, then the coordination and laws requirement comes in third place with an arithmetic mean of 3.45, and finally comes what human resources require with an arithmetic mean of 3.37.
