The aim of the research is to investigate the effectiveness of electronic learning platforms (Google Classroom) in enhancing linguistic performance skills in light of the Arabic language education standards for non-native speakers at the intermediate level, The sample consisted of 20 learners, and a list of the essential skills necessary for Arabic language learners who are non-native speakers was designed based on the linguistic performance skills standards document for non-native Arabic speakers. These standards were derived from the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), A linguistic performance scale was designed to assess the four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and the results revealed the effectiveness of the electronic learning platform, Google Classroom, in enhancing the targeted linguistic performance skills within the research sample, The results showed statistically significant findings at a significance level of 0.01%. The effect size was considered acceptable, ranging between 0.056% and 0.49% according to the Haredy (H-EESC) effect size equation. (Published abstract)
