The study aimed to identify the conceptual and philosophical framework of the decision-making environment at the ministry of education, additionally, the study aimed to tackle the field study of the decision-making environment at the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The descriptive methodology was used, and decision-makers at the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The findings revealed that the decision-making environment at the Egyptian Ministry of Education faces several obstacles. Based on these findings, a proposed perception regarding the role of the teachers' syndicates in supporting the decision-making environment was developed. The study recommended the necessity of activating the role of the teachers' syndicates in supporting the decision-making environment at the Ministry of Education. (Published abstract)
