The study aims to manage the organizational conflict in Egypt's directorates of education in the light of the experiences of some countries. The researcher used the analytical descriptive curriculum and comparative curriculum. The study community is from some directorates of education in Egypt from various specializations and qualitative departments. The study community is a general manager (786). The study drew a series of conclusions, most notably: that the rationale for the use of organizational conflict management in Egypt's directorates of education was due to the significant role played by the directorates of education; guiding decision makers in formulating precise goals for the education system, and also finding that the use of organizational conflict management is linked to the quality of existing conflicts (inputs); Hence, emphasis must be placed on managing these organizational conflicts using the most appropriate strategy and identifying the relationship between process and process. (Operations), until the results of the application came to fruition, (outputs), and found no statistically significant differences between male and female averages in the fields of study, and found statistically significant differences in macro-organizational conflict management methods attributable to the impact of the scientific qualification variable. The differences were in favour of postgraduate studies and the variable experience. (10) years and more, it is noted that there are no differences between the responses of sample members in the areas of study, nor are there statistically significant differences between the averages of sample members at the level of sample members (0.05). The organizational conflict management variable is attributable to all areas of study except those of conflict management and its impact on the directorates of education. The study recommended that: 1) Create the right environment for managing the organizational conflict in Egypt's education directorates. 2) Training courses and rehabilitation programs for the directorate's leaders, staff and the general management of the educational institution for their training; so we can manage organizational conflicts.
