The aim of the research is to measure the impact of a training program for elementary school mathematics teachers based on sustainable development and twenty-first century skills on the development of life skills for their students, and the research sample consisted of (30) teachers of mathematics teachers at the elementary stage in Port Said governorate, and (100) pupils of grades. The research used the following tools prepared by the researcher: Life skills test, and the application of the training program took (10) training sessions. The research used the experimental approach through a quasi-experimental design (one group with two measurements, pre and post). A guide for the trainer and a guide for the trainee was built. The results of the research reached: The effectiveness of the training program for primary school mathematics teachers on developing life skills among the teachers of the research group, as it became clear that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores. The grades of the students of the research group in the pre and post applications to test life skills for the benefit of the post application. (Published abstract)
