The aim of this research is to developing teaching performances at primary mathematics teachers through using a program based on sustainable development and 21st century skills of primary school. The participants of the study consisted of (30) primary mathematics teachers at Schools in Port Said Governorate, Instruments of the research which were prepared by the researcher were cognitive aspects of teaching performance test, teaching performance observation card. In this research, the experimental approach with one group pre post-test was used. Application of the program lasted for (10) training sessions in addition, a model for the training program and a model for the development of teaching performance were proposed. A guide for the trainer and a guide for the trainee were built, and a training program was built in light of the training needs and the proposed model. The results of the research reached: 1) The effectiveness of a program based on sustainable development and 21st century skills in developing the cognitive aspects of the teaching performances at mathematics teachers at primary schools as there is a statistically significant difference between the mean score of the mathematic teachers in the pre and post-measurement of the cognitive aspects of the teaching performance test in favor of the post-measurement. 2) The effectiveness of a training program based on sustainable development and 21st century skills in developing the practical side of the teaching performances at mathematics teachers at primary schools as there is a statistically significant difference between the mean score of the mathematic teachers in the pre and post-measurement of the observation card of the teaching performance in favor of the post-measurement.
