This study aimed to identify the role of educational and psychological counseling in developing leadership personality with high school students in the Eastern region; determine the constraints that reduce the role of educational counseling in developing leadership personality with high school students in the Eastern region from counselors' point of view, and identify if the differences in the sample's responses about the role of educational counseling in developing leadership personality with high school students in the eastern region attributed to the variables of sex, qualification, years of experience. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive survey approach was used. A stratified sample of 530 (50%) counselors was selected randomly from the main society in the eastern region. After analyzing the data statistically, it was found that the role of educational counseling in developing leadership personality with high school students in the eastern region from counselors' point of view; the degree of constraints that reduce the role of educational counseling in developing leadership personality with high school students in the eastern region from counselors' point of view was high, there were differences in the counselors' responses about the role of educational counseling in developing leadership personality with high school students in the Eastern region attributed to the variables of sex and years of experience; and there were no differences in the counselors' responses about the role of educational counseling in developing leadership personality with high school students in the Eastern region attributed to the variable of sex.
