The study aimed to identify the language learning problems of gifted students with learning disabilities and degree of availability. The researchers used a descriptive approach in their study. The study sample consisted of (39) teachers of gifted students with learning disabilities. The researchers used a study tool in the form of a questionnaire consisting of (47) items measuring four dimensions (reading, writing, listening, speaking). The results of the study concluded that gifted students with learning disabilities face multiple challenges in all four language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking). The study recommended the necessity of designing specialized training and intervention programs to assist gifted students with learning disabilities in overcoming their problems in various language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
