أثر برنامج تدريبي رياضي على تطوير المهارات الحركية الأساسية لدى أطفال الروضة
This study aims to assess the impact of a proposed physical training program on the development of fundamental motor skills in kindergarten children, by comparing the performance of two groups: an experimental group that underwent the program, and a control group that continued with regular activities. The targeted skills included locomotor skills (such as running and jumping), control skills (such as passing and receiving), as well as balance and coordination. Motor performance was evaluated using standardized tests in both pre- and post-assessments, with the student’s t-test used to analyze statistical differences. The results showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups in basic physical variables (age, height, and weight), indicating homogeneity of the sample. In contrast, post-test measurements revealed a clear advantage for the experimental group in all motor skills, with statistically significant differences recorded in jumping, balance, passing, shooting, and directional change tests. The study confirms the effectiveness of the training program in improving children's motor performance and recommends integrating targeted motor programs into daily kindergarten activities, due to their vital role in supporting physical and functional development during this critical early childhood stage.
