تأثير النشاط البدني الترويحي في التقليل من الاضطرابات النفسية الاجتماعية : دراسة ميدانية على عينة من تلاميذ الرابعة متوسط
Through attempting to study the validity of the recreational physical activity model in reducing psychosocial disorders among final-year middle school students, the researcher utilized a descriptive approach suitable for the nature of the research. After ensuring the validity and reliability of the scale and its appropriateness for measuring the phenomenon under investigation in the pilot study, the scale was applied to a sample of 200 male and female students selected purposefully. Following statistical analysis using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling approach, the researcher found a significant effect of recreational physical activity in reducing psychosocial disorders (anxiety, fear, aggressive behavior) among final-year middle school students.
