The study aims to determine the role of extra-curricular sports activities in enhancing high school students' enjoyment of life. The study was conducted on a random sample of 381 male and female students, using a descriptive survey methodology and utilizing a previously developed Life Enjoyment Scale as a data collection tool. The results indicated differences in students' scores on the Life Enjoyment Scale in favor of those who engaged in extra-curricular sports activities, indicating a positive relationship between extra-curricular sports activities and enjoyment of life. The study proposed encouraging high school students to participate in extra-curricular sports activities as it can improve the quality of life, mental health, promote community engagement, and enhance social relationships among students.
