التحديات التي تواجه مديري مدارس الدمج في مدارس التعليم العام : دراسة نوعية
This study explored challenges faced by principals in inclusive and special education programs in general schools in the eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. Through 6 interviews with principals, it identified key challenges: 1) insufficient funding. 2) lack of a school environment prepared for the needs of students with disabilities. 3) staff lacking awareness and knowledge about the importance of inclusion and special education programs. 4) unclear vision for inclusion. Proposed solutions included: 1) increased financial support. 2) Staff motivation initiatives. 3) Environmental improvements. 4) A shared vision for inclusion. (Published abstract)
