تحديد الحاجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمات اللغة العربية لتدريس مقرراتها في المرحلة الثانوية وفق أساليب المدخل الإنساني
Guided by the humanistic approach, this study aimed to identify the training needs of Arabic language teachers to teach their courses. The research employed a descriptive survey method, where a questionnaire was prepared by the researcher to achieve the study objectives. The questionnaire consisted of two sections, each focusing on a specific dimension of training needs. The first section aimed to assess the needs of secondary school Arabic language teachers in terms of teaching methods aligned with the humanistic approach. Meanwhile, the second section focused on addressing the needs of secondary school Arabic language teachers regarding the requirements of teaching Arabic language in line with the humanistic approach. The study sample consisted of 315 secondary school Arabic language teachers. The results indicated a high level of training needs among secondary school Arabic language teachers when it comes to utilizing the humanistic approach in teaching, as observed in both sections of the questionnaire. This encompassed the needs of Arabic language teachers concerning teaching methods aligned with the humanistic approach, as well as their needs concerning the requirements of teaching the Arabic language according to the humanistic approach across various aspects, such as classroom management and support, planning, implementation, and assessment. Overall, all training requirements aligned with the humanistic approach showed a significant level of demand. (Published abstract)
