برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير الجدارات القيادية للمشرفات التربويات بإدارة تعليم عسير في ضوء الرؤية الوطنية
The research aimed to get a proposed training program to develop the leadership competencies of female educational supervisors in the administration of Asir region in light of the national vision. This is done through: identifying training needs to develop the leadership competencies of female educational supervisors, in terms of: (strategic orientation, professional development for teachers, development of teaching and learning, educational management and supervision, support of communication and human relations, curriculum development, and results orientation) in light of the national vision, in addition to identifying the training preferences of the research sample in terms of time and mechanism. To achieve these goals, the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the field study, where a random sample of female educational supervisors in Asir region was selected, and they were (196) female educational supervisors. Based on these procedures, the study concluded that the majority of the research sample supports the training needs for leadership competencies. They also prefer that their training be during the summer vacation, especially in the evening, and it is through and distance training. The study also produced a proposed training program to develop the leadership competencies of female educational supervisors in light of the national vision. (Published abstract)
