فاعلية نموذج قائم على التعلم المقلوب في تنمية المهارات الحياتية الاقتصادية ومهارات التواصل الفعال لدى طلاب التعليم الثانوي التجاري
The study aims to verify the effectiveness of a proposed model based on flipped learning in developing economic life skills and effective communication skills among students of commercial secondary education. Therefore, a list of the needed economic life skills and effective communication skills was prepared, as well as a model based on flipped learning. The study used the experimental treatment tool, which is an economic activity unit prepared according to the proposed model, and measuring tools: economic life skills test, effective communication skills test. The study sample consisted of (73) students in the first commercial secondary class in Port Said governorate, divided into (38) students in the experimental group who were taught using the unit prepared according to the proposed model, and (35) students taught using the conventional method. The measurement tools were pre-applied the two groups to set the parity between them, and after the students of the two groups studied, the measuring tools were post-applied. The following results were reached: 1) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group students who studied using the proposed model in flipped learning, and the scores of the control group students who studied using the conventional method in the post application of the economic life skills test, on the dimensions of (demand skills Presentation skills - interactive skills between supply and demand, and as a whole), in favor of the experimental group's students' scores, and the effect size values were of the large type. 2) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group students who studied using the proposed model in flipped learning and the scores of the control group students who studied using the conventional method in the post application of the effective communication skills test, on the dimensions of (communicating with the self, communication with others, communication in the large group, and as a whole), in favor of the grades of the experimental group students, and the effect size values were of the large type.
