المساءلة الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة القدس
The study aimed to identify the level of administrative accountability among public school principals in Jerusalem Governorate. The researcher adopted the descriptive survey methodology. She used a questionnaire to collect data. It consisted of 25 items with 4 dimensions. The researcher checked its validity and reliability. The sample of the study consisted of 219 male and female teachers from Jerusalem Governorate. The study results showed that the level of administrative accountability from the teacher's point of view was high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean levels of administrative accountability among public school principals from their point of view due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, and directorate to which they belong). The data showed differences in the variable of years of experience in favor of less than 5 years category. (Published abstract)
