إستراتيجيات القيادة التربوية في مواجهة التحديات التنظيمية في الجامعات من وجهة نظر عمداء الكليات
The study aimed to identify the organizational challenges facing Saudi universities and how to deal with them using effective strategies in educational leadership. The study aims to achieve a comprehensive investigation of several important axes represented by identifying the most prominent organizational challenges and working to explore modem trends in educational leadership strategies used to confront them, through an effective evaluation of these strategies as they are important in developing organizational performance within universities, in addition to analyzing the relationship between the elements and topics related to the study. The study relied on a descriptive analytical methodology, as data were collected using a questionnaire tool that will include closed and open questions covering multiple aspects of organizational challenges and leadership strategies. The study sample amounted to (41) deans of colleges at King Khalid University, Taibah University, and Bisha University. The results of the study concluded that there is a high agreement among the participants about the effectiveness of educational leadership in addressing organizational challenges. The results showed that educational leaders have a clear ability to make strategic decisions that contribute to improving institutional performance. (Published abstract)
