This study aims to explore the vital role of emotional intelligence in enhancing educational leadership among education managers in the United Arab Emirates. The study population consisted of 160 participants from education managers in various educational institutions. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, which enabled the researchers to collect and analyze data comprehensively. The researchers used carefully designed questionnaires to measure levels of emotional intelligence and its impact on leadership performance. These questionnaires included multiple scales that reflect different aspects of emotional intelligence such as self-awareness, emotion management, and empathy. The results showed that there is a strong positive relationship between emotional intelligence and the extent to which managers are able to build strong relationships with teachers and employees, in addition to enhancing their ability to resolve conflicts effectively. The results also emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence in improving work environments and providing a fruitful educational atmosphere. Based on these results, the study recommends the need to develop specialized training programs that target the development of emotional intelligence skills among education managers, which contributes to improving their leadership performance and enhancing the effectiveness of educational institutions in general.
