The study aimed to identify the impact of the use of Accelerated learning Skills on developing achievement in the course of the principles in mathematics for preparatory year students in literary sections at Tabuk University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used the experimental method, and the sample consisted of (50) students of literary specializations in the preparatory year Who enrolled in a principles course in mathematics for the academic year (1441 AH). They were distributed in two groups: an experimental group and a control group; each of them consisted of (25) students. The sample was selected in a simple random way, and the study treatment materials consisted of a guide for a faculty member and an activity book for students. To measure the pre- and post-performance in the two study groups, the researcher used an achievement test in the unit of equations and moderate coordinates. The validity and consistency of the materials and tools were verified. The results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post achievement test according to the levels of knowledge (remembering - understanding - application) for the benefit of the experimental group. One of the most prominent recommendations is to pay more interest in employing accelerated learning skills when teaching mathematics for preparatory year students, especially literary majors, as well as enabling faculty members to accelerate learning skills through holding specialized training workshops.
