This study aimed to develop an inclusive differentiated educational program and measure its effectiveness in reading and writing skills among the fourth-grade students in the American program in Amman. The study used the experimental methodology with a quasi-experimental design. The Islamic Scientific College in the American program, and the study was conducted in the academic year 2022-2023, The study members were distributed into two groups, one was a control and the other was experimental, and the study tools were prepared, which is a test to measure the reading skill, and a differentiated and integrated educational program was developed, and the results of the study indicated that there is a high impact of the educational program in developing the reading and writing skills of the students of the experimental group. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the need to pay attention to programs for developing reading skills based on differentiation and integration for students at all stages, as well as the need to train teachers through intensive and applied training workshops by the Ministry of Education, in Education on differentiated education and its strategies and evaluation methods.
