The study aimed to present an educational administrative perception of leadership with trust among school principals in Jordan. The synthetic analytical approach was used the study presented the concept of trust and organizational trust, leadership with trust and its goals, conditions for achieving it, levels of trust, and its dimensions represented by (self-awareness, moral outlook, transparency of relationships, trustworthy behavior), and its aspects (benevolence, honesty, openness, consistency, competence) and the ten laws of trust, and in light of this, an appropriate educational administrative conception of trust leadership for school principals in Jordan has been proposed.
