The study aimed to propose an educational vision to enhance leadership practices in Jordanian universities based on the theory of leadership with knight’s moral. The study followed the analytical-synthetic approach and concluded with the concept and principles of leadership according to the knight’s moral leadership theory the characteristics of the leader (the knight), and the importance of leadership according to this theory. In light of this, an educational administrative vision was proposed to enhance leadership practices in Jordanian universities based on the knight’s moral leadership theory. (Published abstract)
