The study aimed to present an appropriate educational administrative perception to activate human relations among faculty members in Jordanian universities based on the principles of the theory of leadership with love. The descriptive analytical-synthetic methodology was used. The study clarified the most important principles of the theory of leadership with love, which focuses on the role of the leader in creating a positive environment based on sympathy, care, positive communication, personal appreciation and support for others, and building positive relationships based on sympathy, trust and cooperation in the academic work environment. In light of this, an educational vision was proposed to activate human relations among faculty members in Jordanian universities based on the principles of the theory of leadership with love.
