This study aimed to investigate the obstacles to electronic supervision in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of educational supervisors. The researchers used the descriptive analytical methodology. The study sample consisted of (30) male and female supervisors. The researchers used the questionnaire to collect data. The results showed that the order of the obstacles to electronic supervision is the social and psychological obstacle, material and technical obstacles, organizational obstacles, then human obstacles. It’s also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the means of electronic supervision obstacles in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of educational supervisors due to the variables of gender and academic qualification. There are statistically significant differences between the means of electronic supervision obstacles in Hebron Governorate. From the point of view of educational supervisors, It’s due to the variable years of experience, and in favor of years of experience from (5-10) years. In light of the results, the study recommended holding workshops or training courses for supervisors in applying electronic supervision, providing a digital infrastructure in educational supervision offices and schools, and designing an electronic platform for electronic supervision.
