السمات الشخصية والأكاديمية للطلبة الفائزين في المسابقات العلمية الدولية بالمملكة العربية السعودية : مدارس الخندق الأهلية، المدينة المنورة أنموذجا
The aim of the research is to identify the most important personal and academic traits that distinguish students who participate in international scientific competitions, the researcher used the descriptive methodology. A form was designed and Reviewed by a committee to collect data about the traits of the students who won international awards in Al-Khandaq Private Schools in Medina, and personal interviews were conducted with contributors and their supervisors. The research reached to several results, the most important of which were: The talented student may not care much about his appearance and physical activity. The talented students do not care much about relationships and communication with others also they do not like strict regulations. The researcher recommended the following: Schools should leave some freedom for gifted students and not force them to adhere to school regulations. Schools should focus on involving distinguished students in sports activities Schools should encourage them to work in a group. (Published abstract)
