The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing change leadership by public school principals in Palestine and its relationship to some variables. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. A questionnaire was developed; it consisted of three domains: dealing with teachers, motivation, and change strategies. A stratified random sample was selected consisting of (368) male and female teachers. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practicing change leadership by public school principals is high, and that there were no statistically significant differences between the means of the sample members’ responses to the change leadership scale for public school principals attributed to the variables: gender and academic qualification, while there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of experience and in favor of teachers with experience (from 5 to less than 10 years) compared to experience (less than 5 years).
