The study aimed to identify the degree of ethical leadership practiced by kindergarten principals and its relationship to the development of their administrative competencies in Palestine. The study adopted descriptive correlational methodology. The researcher developed a tool to measure the degree of ethical leadership and the level of administrative competencies. The study sample consisted of 180 principals, selected using a stratified random sampling method, representing 53% of the study population, which totaled 336 principals. The study results revealed that the degree of ethical leadership practiced by kindergarten principals in Palestine was high. The study also found that the level of administrative competencies among the principals was high. Additionally, a positive correlation was found between the degree of ethical leadership practiced by kindergarten principals and the development of their administrative competencies in Palestine. Based on these findings, the researcher provided several recommendations. (Published abstract)
