الندم الموقفي وقلق المستقبل المهني لدى الطلبة المحولين في جامعة مؤتة
The study aimed to identify the level of situational regret and future career anxiety, and the relationship between them among students who transferred from their original specializations at universities. The descriptive correlational methodology was used on a sample of (200) male and female students, who were chosen in a simple random method by referred to the Admissions and Registration Department, where they were numbered and the odd numbers were targeted, then their colleges were referred and their lectures were determined to apply the scales to them, to achieve the study objectives. Two scales were developed: situational regret and future career anxiety, where their validity and reliability were confirmed using appropriate scientific methods. The results indicated that the level of situational regret and future career anxiety were high, and that there was a statistically significant relationship between situational regret and future career anxiety among students who transferred their original specializations to other specializations. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was: paying attention to career guidance to increase female students' awareness about choosing an academic path that suits their desires and personal capabilities.
