The aim of this research was to reveal the level of stress among primary school teachers and to diagnose its sources. And revealing the relationship between stress levels and personality traits in primary school teachers. And highlighting the importance of personality traits in their relationship to the profession and investing these traits in the job, in a descriptive study made up of a research population of (200) nannies and sampled from (50) nannies affiliated to the Zagora Foundation in Morocco, using a set of research tools, namely the Eysenck test of personality traits, the stress level scale and the sources of stress scale, after having examined a set of previous studies and references dealing with the research variables, while guaranteeing their validity and stability. Answering the study's questions and hypotheses. One of the most important discoveries we made in this research was the presence of different personality traits among the sample members, with personality traits tending towards extraversion and balance. The research results also showed a low level of stress among the sample, with a rate of 66%. The research results also showed the presence of different sources of stress, led by incentives, professional growth and stress levels.
