This study aimed to reveal the level of administrative empowerment among secondary school principals within the green line and its relationship to the level of organizational excellence as perceived by principals and teachers. The study sample consisted of (233) principals and teachers. All (44) principals were selected, and a random sample of teachers reached (189) teachers. The quantitative approach based on correlation descriptive methodology was used. Two tools were developed: the administrative empowerment questionnaire, which included (34) items, and the organizational excellence questionnaire, which included (35) items. The results of the study revealed that the total degree of administrative empowerment and organizational excellence among secondary school principals within the Green Line from the point of view of principals and teachers were high, and there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the total degree of administrative empowerment and organizational excellence and all their dimensions. In light of the results, the researchers suggested maintaining high levels of administrative empowerment and organizational excellence through reinforcement, motivation and continuous development. It was also recommended to conduct more studies examining administrative empowerment and organizational excellence and their impact on variables related to teachers. (Published abstract)
