The study aimed to identify the school environment and its role in promoting creative leadership in the Negev schools inside the Green Line. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey methodology was used. The study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool, and after ensuring its validity and reliability, it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (473) principals and teachers. The results showed that there was a moderate approval of the role of the school environment in promoting creative leadership in Negev schools inside the Green Line. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample subjects to the role of the school environment in promoting creative leadership in the schools of the Negev, according to the variables (years of experience and school stage), The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the responses of the study sample subjects to the role of the school environment in promoting creative leadership in the Negev schools, according to the variables (gender), where the differences were in favor of females, and according to the variable (job title) where the differences were in favor of the category of principals, and according to the variable (educational level), the differences were in favor of the bachelor's category.
