This study aimed to reveal the degree of effectiveness of school meetings management among secondary school principals in the North region within the Green Line and its relationship to the level of organizational excellence in it from the point of view of principals and teachers: Suggestions for development. The study sample consisted of (385) principals and teachers. The correlational descriptive methodology was used, and two tools were developed: the meetings effectiveness questionnaire, which included (42) items, and the organizational excellence questionnaire, which included (26) items. The results of the study revealed that the total degree of meetings management and organizational excellence among secondary school principals was medium. The fields of meetings management all came to a high degree with exception of the field "human relations in meetings" which came to a medium degree. The fields of organizational excellence all came to a medium degree. Finally, the results revealed the existence of a correlational Positive and statistically significant relationship between the total degree of meetings management and organizational excellence and all its dimensions.
