أثر برنامج تعليمي قائم على المنحى التكاملي steam في تدريس الرياضيات في المقدرة على حلّ المسألة الرياضية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية في الأردن
This study aimed to investigate the effect of using an educational program based on the STEAM approach on the ability of solving mathematical problems among the basic school stage students in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (47) students from grade (9), selected from a private school in Amman. The study sample was divided randomly into two groups: an experimental group of (24) students who studied by using the educational program based on STEAM, and the control group of (23) students, who studied through using the conventional studying method. To achieve the objective of the study, the researchers built the study instrument which consisted of solving mathematical problems test, the validity and reliability of the instrument were verified. The results showed that using an educational program based on STEAM approach in teaching mathematics improved the students' ability of solving mathematical problems. (Published abstract)
