The study aimed to reveal the reality of the practice of administrative empowerment among school principals in the Negev region within the Green Line from the point of view of principals, and staff. The study adopted the descriptive survey methodology: The study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. It was applied to a sample selected by random stratified method of (870) individuals. The results showed that all domains of the questionnaire came with a moderate degree, as "effective communication" came in the first place, followed by "participation in decision-making", and finally "delegation of authority". The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable on the field of (delegation of authority) in favor of females. The study recommended granting more authority and powers to school principals, giving them freedom and independence in managing their schools, and participating in their decision-making.
