The study aims to identify the degree of participatory leadership among principals and teachers in private secondary schools within the area of the Green Line. The study sample consisted of (301) teachers and principals of private secondary schools within this area. The study used the descriptive correlational methodology. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire (participatory leadership) was distributed, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results showed that the estimates of the study sample about the degree of private secondary school principals' practice of participatory leadership within the Green Line for teachers and principals came to a moderate degree. The four domains (linear combination) are attributed to the gender variable. There were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample subjects about the degree of private secondary school principals within the Green Line practicing participatory leadership in the four domains (linear combination), due to the variables of years of experience, educational qualification, and job title. The results also showed that the estimates of the study sample about the level of morale among private secondary school teachers within the Green Line from the point of view of principals and teachers came to a medium degree. Besides, the results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample in the total score and sub-dimensions of morale among private secondary school teachers within the Green Line which is attributed to the gender variable, in favor of males, job title, in favor of managers. Finally, it was shown that there was a positive correlation between participatory leadership and the level of morale. (Published abstract)
