The study aimed to identify the degree of the practicing transformational leadership by principals of gifted schools within the Green Line and its relationship to job creativity among teachers. The descriptive correlational methodology was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data after ensuring its validity and reliability, as it was applied to a simple accessible sample consisting of (300) principals and teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing transformational leadership by principals of gifted schools within the Green Line was high. It was found that means of the level of job creativity among teachers of gifted schools within the Green Line from the point of view of principals and teachers were very high, and the results showed that there was a positive correlation and moderate, and statistically significant at the level of (α=0.05) between the degree of practicing transformational leadership by principals of gifted schools within the Green line, and to the level of job creativity among teachers.
