The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing the participatory leadership by school principals in the Al-Muthallath area within the Green Line from the teachers’ perspectives, and to identify the differences in the responses of the study sample due to the (gender, experience, and school level) variables. The descriptive survey methodology was used, and the questionnaire represented the data collection tool after ensuring its validity and reliability, as it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (395) teachers. The results showed a high degree of participatory leadership practice by school principals in Al-Muthallath area within the Green Line, and an absence of statistically significant differences due to the effect of the (gender, experience, and school level) variables.
