درجة ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر في ضوء بعض المتغيرات
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing organizational justice among elementary school principals in the northern region within the Green Line in light of the gender, experience, and job title variables. The descriptive survey methodology, and the questionnaire was used for data collection after ensuring its validity and reliability, as it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (401) principals and teachers. The results showed that the degree of practicing organizational justice among elementary school principals in the northern region within the green line was medium, the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and experience, and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the job title variable in favor of the principals.
