This study aims to emphasize the great importance of the role of moral values in achieving justice and fairness among learners in summative assessments as a prominent phase of the educational and learning process. Since assessment aims to measure the extent to which educational goals are achieved, and the success of educational plans and programs in their educational mission. One of the purposes of educational assessment is to see the outputs of educational work at the end of the school year in a way that mirrors the efforts made. However, the question that imposes itself in this context is: Do the results of certification exams really reflect the learner's effort and their real performance based on competency and merit? Or does field work strongly re-raises the question of moral values, especially with the spread of cheating? What is the role of educating moral values in meeting this challenge? This research has reached a number of conclusions, including: that no matter how much efforts we make to construct knowledge and improve learning outcomes, we will not succeed in achieving the goals and objectives that we seek from the educational process, unless we manage the assessment stages properly granting equity to all. It has also stressed the responsibility of all stakeholders in all dysfunctioning and cheating manifestations and their consequences of loss of rights and the prevalence of injustice. These ills hinder the achievement of justice and fairness. Producing quality work, personal growth, and happiness for all humanity depends on building a good and principled person, who has received an education of moral values. (Published abstract)
